Orders are shipped via Australia Post or reputable courier partners. Tracking details will be provided once dispatched.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless a flat rate or promotional free shipping offer applies.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, or external factors outside our control.

The Vintage Vault curated by Corina is not responsible for delays once parcels have been handed to the carrier.

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assist in lodging an investigation with the carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct. Orders returned due to incorrect address may incur re-shipping fees.

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
